Q: Do you offer packages for different group sizes and / or private event space?
A: Yes, our floor layout is entirely customizable per the needs of the organizer / event! We have a resource requirement (# of bays) based on the headcount, but many hosts choose to upgrade for more space / bays to elevate the look and feel of the event and / or go entirely private to shut the facility down for them and their guests.
Q: Can we bring our own beer / liquor?
A: Per ABC law, all alcohol consumed on the property must be purchased on premises.
Q: Can we bring our own food?
A: We have preferred catering options, but are open to all outside caterers / restaurants if you have a favorite.
Q: Can we decorate:
A: Absolutely! We will have staff at the ready to assist with any decorations, banners, balloons, etc. We do prohibit confetti canons, or balloons filled with confetti.
Q: Can we customize the drink menu?
A: All private events give the host the ability to craft custom cocktails specific to the event. With enough notice, we can arrange for pretty much anything under the sun. We love to get creative! Please shoot us an email at events@dogwoodcountryclub.com to discuss.
Q: Are kids allowed?
A: Of course! Our facility is kid (and pet) friendly and we love our little Dogwood tikes!
Q: Do you have any outdoor space?
A: We have a 1500 sq foot outdoor patio complete with coverings, designated music, wood burning (and gas) fire pits + heaters, lawn games, a private bar and lots of seating! This can be rented on its own, or added to an indoor rental for a seamless flow from indoors to out!
Q: Whats your booking / cancellation policy?
A: We take a 50% deposit on the facility fee alone to hold the date / time. The deposit is non-refundable inside 14 days. The full balance on the event (remaining 50%) will become due in the event of a cancellation occuring inside 48 hours of the event date / time. Final headcounts, along with bar and catering selections are due no later than 1 week in advance of the event
Q: Can we customize the music?
A: Absolutely! Private events can bring a playlist, favorite artist, or genre and we can tune the whole facility to your preferences! We do our best to accommodate music requests for non-private events, but we must also be mindful of our membership and other guests should they be using the facility at the same time.
